Ever since she welcomed her son with Russel Wilson in July 2020, Ciara has lost a staggering 39 pounds (about 17.6 Kg). There were nothing special she could have done to do that. No restrictive diets. No bootcamp-style exercises. The level-up singer recently revealed that she joined WW (a company formerly known as Weight Watchers) to lose the weight.
She shared with her fans that she:
1. Kept the right mindset despite the pandemic ravaging the world
2. Ate Powdered sugar-dusted waffles
3. Ate Avocado and lettuce-topped tacos
4. Ate argula salad with parmesan, lemon, mushroom and goat cheese-topped cratini
5. Also ate rotini with crab, broccoli and parmesan
